Hi. i write all my own posts (except quotes where author is listed). I have Bipolar Depression. So does my sister. So did our mom. Notice I didn't say I am Bipolar. I am me. Myself. I am so much more than what Bipolar does to me..I hope this blog is a place where people like me who struggle with dark days and lonely times will find some hope. A reminder that we are not alone in our struggles. No matter how hard depression tries to make us think we are.
